CLASS SCHEDULE


Use this form to create your class schedule.  All fields are required.  Upon completion, please email to your teacher for approval and further instructions.  All classes are online only.  One-on-one onsite assistance and instruction is only provided for four weeks upon request for an additional $50.00 fee.

CLASS SCHEDULE GUIDELINES (HIGH SCHOOL ONLY)


1. Choose your schedule by viewing the four categories.  Your grade level in your district determines what schedule you can create.

2. Create and print out your schedule.

3. Put what grade level and school district area you are in.

4. Check with your online instructor for times of classes.

5. Wait for approval to begin online classes.

6. Email all lessons to your instructor.


Example: John Doe is in 7th grade.  Therefore, he can only take Academics classes.  Once he becomes a high school freshman, for example, his level would be "A" and he would choose any two classes.
