Our mission is to provide a computer and educational training program for interested persons.  The curriculum would be designed to develop learned skill potential.  Each individual would be evaluated and placed in a curriculum that would teach, enhance, or upgrade their skills.

OLTC, Inc., is a school designed to meet the growing needs of all individuals who are in need of technology training and have difficulties.  This educational learning center is a center used to teach and empower people from the school community with the necessary skills for survival within our society.  The goal is to encourage interdisciplinary teaching and learning through the use of computers while providing training to serve individuals, regardless of culture, who are experiencing societal breakdown due to incomplete/lack of educational skills.
